I’m back!

OMG it’s been over a year since I’ve posted here. I’ve gotten so far away from a good routine with this remodel from hell™. So I am back, ready to button down now that things are slowing down a bit. My work schedule is still a bit chaotic, but working out consistently helps with the stress. I don’t like feeling like a bloated blob. It starts with today. :)

I’ll be starting the Firm 90-day rotation tomorrow alternated with workouts at the gym. I think I may have to dust off my fitday account as well. Good times!
