Q. What’s your weight loss secret?
A. Simply not quitting when I hit plateaus and also by changing habits vs. jumping on short term fad diets.

Q. What habits did you change?

A.

  • Started weighing myself regularly
  • Upped workouts from 3 days a week to all 7
  • Switched to diet soda
  • Started drinking more water
  • Started eating more whole foods and less processed, junk and fast food

A. What type of diet do you follow?
Q. Mainly low calorie, around 1200-1500/day at a ratio of 50% carb, 20% fat and 20% protein.

Q. How often do you workout?
A. I usually workout 7 days a week, but if necessary, I take a couple of rest days a month.
